What does Ganesh Trekking do; what are your options?
Ganesh Trekking gives you the option to re-book your trip to another date. If you want to make your trip from this spring season (March-April 2020) at a later date, you can. Please notify us no later than 10 days before your departure from Europe, and you will only pay an administration fee of € 30 per person for rebooking your trip.
Choose your new travel date in 2020 or 2021.
If you inform us short before your departure (10 days or less), our general cancellation conditions apply: 25% of the total amount will be charged up to 7 days before departure. If canceled 7 days or less before the start of your program, 70% of the total price will be charged. Late arrival, no-show, weather conditions that lead to changes in the program, changes to the trek regulations, etc. will never result in any form of refund. Voluntary skipping of the partial or entire program does not entitle you to a refund.We recommend you to follow the latest updates in the news and wait to purchase your travel visa.
