Cancellation (with 35€ administration fee) can be made up to 30 days before the start of your trek/ holiday booked at Ganesh Trekking Pvt. Ltd. Afterwards 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation on 7 days or less before the start of your program will be charged 70% of the total price.
Late arrival, no show, weather conditions that lead to modification of the program, a change in regulations concerning the trekking, etc. are not refundable in any case.
Your voluntary skipping or abandoning any part or the whole program, does not make us obliged to refund you.
